An order confirmation is sent to your email immediately after the order is placed. Check your inbox and junk mail. If it is missing, chances are that your order did not go through correctly. Please contact our customer service and we’ll sort it out!

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Clothing or other items which have been clearly worn and used and marked with personal hygiene, cannot be accepted.
